A small-town real estate agent since 2006, I live in an idyllic little town in western North Carolina that has a winter population of around 35,000, doubling that in the summer/fall. Our average home price point is $230,000.
Selling real estate for that long has taught me a lot. In my first year in real estate, I earned only $1253. You read that right, my first YEAR.
